Redington India is a very good company to work with. It gives you a chance to understand the business and related activities very minutely. People actually get matured and more responsible after working with Redington. The organization takes care of its employees very well.

Cons

Employees find it difficult to Join any MNC which has tie-up with Redington. This is even after getting selected.
