Lot of learning & process driven, No attendance policy - trust ship on employees.

Cons

lot of internal politics & career growth is unseen. Culture is really pathetic. Company brings lot of employee friendly policy but Managers doesnt give that flexibility to employees.

Really a save place for women to work, job security, nice place to learn and grow. No matter what if you work hard you can see your growth in very short period. All at Redington are always ready to help you officially & also personally.

It takes a long process to change your promoted designation.
