The logistics industry, and Redwood’s role within it, is fast-paced and dynamic, offering employees the opportunity to build strong organizational and relationship-management skills. Success in this environment requires staying proactive, adaptable, and responsive to client needs. At times, client demands can be urgent and may extend beyond standard business hours, including evenings or weekends. While this can be challenging, it also provides an opportunity to demonstrate commitment, problem-solving, and a high level of service. Given the transactional nature of the industry, the effort invested may not always feel immediately reciprocated.
