Pros
RW does a great job of promoting a strong culture. Much of this is derived from the open communication with team members during weekly calls, addressing a variety of topics (company progress, new product releases, departmental insights, etc.). This happened at the individual contributor level, as well as the specific business unit level for management from across the collective teams.
Cons
The company has a strong culture, strong leadership, and promotes fun and giving back. All good things! The one downside was not enough sharing of strategic strategy, during the build phase, from C-Suite members to VPs and directors that could allow for additional insights and fine tuning of the new GTM approaches.
