Pros
+ Leadership clearly has experience, knows what they're doing and communicates with the entire company. I am impressed with the level of transparency and the information that's given during company all-hands meetings. We know our goals and the steps we're going to take to get there. + We all believe in the mission and want our teammates to have "wins." We celebrate these wins (normally with ice cream cake!) + Each department seems like a family. + We don't just practice what we preach; we're using the platform and each manager has 1:1s, goals, check-ins, with their employees. It is great for your career growth and goals. It's really filling a space of performance management realtime feedback that is lacking. It is no surprise that in under 2 years we are used in over 175 companies, and are backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed Venture Partners. I wish my previous company used it! + The office is pretty sweet: we look out on the bay and the Giants stadium. We also have a new gym in the building with showers, and the roof deck on a sunny day with 360 views of SF really can't be beat on a sunny day + Work life balance/flexibility to work the hours that work for you (some people get in early, others get in later and stay later) + Describing the product to friends/family is a good feeling because people completely get the need for a product in the real-time feedback space, it just makes sense. I feel proud to say I work there. + Stock options in an early-stage start-up can be really lucrative down the line!!
Cons
- Limited budget for food/company events
