Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all of our employee’s feedback and view it as an opportunity to improve. We are committed to creating a supportive, transparent environment and have implemented weekly fireside chats/internal office hours with the CEO, as well as a monthly All Hands meeting. We also conduct quarterly check ins and frequent 1:1s where employees have consistent, thorough conversations with their managers where any areas of concerns can be addressed. We are confident in the future of our company. We’ve made important changes to adapt to the impact of COVID-19, and gained commitment from our investors to our business. There’s a lot to look forward to at Reflektive. We understand that times are challenging currently with COVID-19, and morale is a top focus of ours. We ran an employee sentiment survey to gather feedback on what we can do better given our new environment, and have made changes based on employee input.
