Pros
What I love most about working for Reflektive is how excited I am every day to come to work and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the success of our customers and our employees. Every team is very passionate about what they do, and it shows in the product and rapid growth of the company. Everyone is smart, humble, and committed to helping companies evolve their performance management processes and systems. The new office, just a few blocks from Caltrain, is also very nice with great perks like a private gym and a roof deck overlooking AT&T Park.
Cons
No major cons -- standard small startup with minimal (typical) big company processes and systems. In most cases this is actually a pro.
