Reflektive is the best combination of a smart and motivated team mixed with a product that works and the marketplace needs. From new hires to leadership, the team is made up of a group of intelligent, engaged, funny, yet humble people. Everyone is equal parts teacher and learner. One big reason I joined Reflektive was because of the leadership team. They are thoughtful, strategic, experienced, proactive, and transparent-- all characteristics I knew I needed in management. Being on the sales team, I get to be on the frontline of hearing what prospective clients think of the product and am still blown away by the overwhelming support and positive feedback we get on the tools every day. It's fun working with a product that everyone can relate to and that companies actually need and are actively seeking. The best part is the product actually works and has great customer reviews.
Cons
No real cons. We are a growing startup so there is a lot of DIY projects. We are gradually becoming more and more grown up with things like coconut water and a great office building.
