Pros

One of my favorite things about Reflex are wide-range of talented people that come to work here. They are some of the most interesting minds and personalities that I have had the pleasure of working with. I get the opportunity to see through my own unorthodox solutions to some very unique and complex problems. Every day I see a new challenge, it's rarely dull, and always interesting.

Cons

Less of a con, and more of a challenge. Reflex is still a growing company with evolving products, and face the growing pains of a much larger company. Which means hustling, but it also means solving for those resource gaps. The road of growth may be long, but we are determined and resilient.
