Pros
Fantastic shift patterns and a fabulous salary for factory work. A modern state of the art manufacturing facility. A core set of company values that give direction and ambition for all to strive to.
Cons
Rudderless management that constantly seems to go around in circles as is evident at the moment within the factory as the departments begin to return to a 3 shift working pattern and renaming of jobs taking the business backwards some ten years. There is very little opportunity to enhance personal growth within the company and it is entrenched in its old ways of doing things rather than striving forwards as the modern day market continues to do.
