Pros
Refresco has good benefits, decent bonus structure When I was there there were some good people. Some brilliant people workig in Operations, IT and procurement. Also Logistics and supply chain. The business is profitable and looking to expand. The UK business is one of the business in all of Europe. Central figure in Europe have a different business structure and so would need to explain and emphasise how the UK Market and operations work.
Cons
Finance team is just TENSE. Leadership is very rigid but flexible when they create rules for themselves. During the lockdown- they were a nightmare to work for and so many people quit because of how much pressure was put on staff.
