      Pros

      Its a job with benefits. Always plenty of work to do, and there are some really good people.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. Doesn't care about the employees. Benefits are horrible and low pay compared to market. Most employees are unhappy making it a pretty miserable environment. Bully mentality in the office by management. Not a lot of internal growth/promotion.

      The work environment moves quickly, presenting both challenges and opportunities; however, employees who are able to adapt and remain flexible often find this fast-paced setting to be a significant advantage.

      Benefits are relatively good, colleagues are good to work with, lots of opportunities in a maturing environment.

      Cons

      Bonuses are formulated from things you have no direct control over and are factored in as part of the overall compensation which makes the base pay trend lower than market. High leadership turnover.
