Management: depending on who, no support. No help. Gm: dont see her unless shes coming out of her office to go to the bathroom or give you corrections. Its rare for her to spend time on the floor. And when she does, its full of corrections and criticism. Interrupting you while youre with customers to do something like clean. Theres a 4 step disciplinary process meant to be fair, but watch out! If you aren't liked by the management team, you'll get write up after write up until you're pushed out! Just like she did others, including a manager. If she favors you, congrats, you'll have it the easiest, so long as you continue to suck up! Boasts flexible work schedules but its not true depending on how well liked you are.
