Pros

--Free movies...(sometimes) --Energetic environment --Some locations can have a good working staff

Cons

-NO RAISES( unless you count minimum wage, periodically raising) -Obsessed with payroll so much so that managers work , employee positions and fulfill their manager duties and still receive NO RAISES or pay increase.(and often this still isn't enough) -NO HOLIDAYS OFF, even if you have been working there for years...you have to work ALL HOLIDAYS and even if they DON'T NEED you they will make you work for an hour THEN send you home - They were going to fire half of the management staff, but didn't at the last minute ...and wanted us to be grateful - Corporate sides/rewards with customers who are scamming/ stealing from the theater. Thus encouraging more disrespectful and rude behavior (The worst in my opinion) --HR department , does nothing for employees only for guests. -- YOU WILL work hard , but get paid VERY LITTLE with no raise. ---And some locations have unprofessional management staff .

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
