Pros

Free movies. This is the best perk of all. Really not much else besides free popcorn and soda on your breaks.

Cons

Low pay. You often have to do things that have already been done to stay busy, making things monotonous and pointless. Also, being a ticket-taker at the door sometimes requires 6-8 hours of standing in one place, even when NOBODY is coming in, to be the 'face of the company'. This can be EXTREMELY tiring and boring. C'mon Regal, if nobody's coming in, give the door guy a rest...

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
