Pros
Free movies, fun co-workers, good amount of hours, free popcorn and drinks while working, lots of slow time so its nice to get a breather in
Cons
Late nights, weekends are the busiest time, working on holidays, low pay with minimum increases, customers can be very rude for no reason, old theater that Regal won't put money into to update so we get complaints constantly, high prices for food and tickets, especially since the competing theater down the road has cheaper prices...
