Pros
When I first started it was okay, I never worked for a movie company before so when I got in I was excited then had other managers treat me like I was dirt because they thought that I was here to take their job in faxed I was just trying to make ins meet . Stayed because the employees were supper nice and friendly
Cons
When you put your idea out to upper management they turn it down . Then in a few weeks later they us it and say we are going to do things a little different . So they can take the credit you can never you to your G.M are your district manager for help because they team up together because they have know each other for years . So if ever have a problem you won't get help even if you go to H.R
