Pros
free movies, friendly co-workers and (most) managers, good hours, fairly flexible schedule, time and a half on holidays
Cons
Raises are minimal unless you are there long-term, corporate franchise = corporate rules and training (which can be boring, limit creative potential, affect how you can interact w/ customers and co-workers, etc)
