Pros

1. My Co-Workers were amazing, easy to work with. 2. While cleaning theaters if we found money its ours, anything over $50 give it to management at the end of the night if it wasnt claimed its yours. (Finding money on days your cleaning is pretty high) 3. Free food and snacks during break. Our of the free water cups 4. Easy to learn/pick up. 5. An overall great job

Cons

1. They were not being nice with my work schedule /life balance. 2. Management is great, but most of them arent helpful. (one of them was actually uneededly mad all the time) 3. No one besides management understood how to make a smoothie 4. Apparently i was the inspected by the "Secret Inspector" During the Holidays and got an Excellent Review, what they told me was for that id receive and extra $20 or something never got it. (adding to that, I was a seasonal position and they were asking many to stay except for me, Kinda felt like performance didnt matter, since i really didnt talk to any of the managers unless i needed help.) 5. They work on Last in First out type of thing. 6. Its pretty difficult to land the job.

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
