Pros

Free movies, not especially hard work and there is a decent amount of variety. Keeps you busy on the weekends buyt the week days are relaxed.

Cons

Very strict corporate environment not much room for going out of the box. Advancement is not performance based but opinion based, some people can be stuck in a position even if they shouldn't be. Hours are all weekend nights mostly.

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
