Pros

A lot of the lower level employees and mid management have a lot of enthusiasm for movies and their work. It leads to a fun work culture amongst coworkers and strong passions for projects.

Cons

You will be getting paid less then industry standards and your team will constantly be understaffed. Regal's leadership is short sighted and don't want to reinvest in their teams or their technology. Regal has a really bad turnover rate due to this philosophy.

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
