Pros

Good for working during college years for flexible hours When staff gets along great time Free Movies for you and family members

Cons

Company run by HR Department, example you accidentally stepped over a line you weren't suppose to instead of explaining what you did wrong they'll rather show you the door. Company structure too cookie cutter you can't have a theater with 6 screens with 35mm projectors run the same as a theater with 14 screens with all digital projectors even if it seems on paper that the idea may save money the cutter cuts things that will make one theater blossom and others wilt and lose money. Bad wages.

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
