Pros
Pay is good. Work colleagues are friendly and easy to work with for the most part. Good amount time off. It's definitely one of the best places I've worked at.
Cons
Bit of a strange culture. Reminds me of school. If you aren't a big socialite, this place can be a bit tough. Lots of social pressure to "fit in" to the norm there. We used to be able to gym during break time, that was removed due to a few bad apples apparently, so they took it away for all manufacturing person which isn't very fair. Internet in cleanrooms has been removed which makes shifts a ton harder than it already was, especially nights. We now sit and stare at the wall counting the seconds when there is no work left to do. I feel alot has been taken away almost as punishment and for no good reason. What's worrying is what will they take away next....
