Pros
When the company was on the way up the stock options were very lucrative – truly golden handcuffs.
Cons
The BDM department has fallen apart due to neglect over the past year or so. BDM Management always takes a guilty until you prove yourself innocent approach. Years of accomplishments are somehow forgotten and ignored when a promotion is requested (never given). In Clinical, there is no work/life balance, when you are employed at Regn your life is Regn.
