      Life balance is poor. Management is not doing a good job and put too much pressure on employees. Stock options become less valuable.

      Pay, free merch, some good values, holiday shut down

      Parking, management, hours, work-life balance. If you start out in manufacturing, it is almost impossible to switch to a different position.
