Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are really good. You get the opportunity to work making drugs that really do help people, and the culture reminds you of that. A focus on science and continuous improvement culture wise.
Cons
The culture tends toward perfectionism and sometimes it feels like you are walking around waiting for things to go wrong. Most people have been there less than two years, so there's a lot of opportunity for growth but also you are thrown in a little bit and are considered a veteran BPS at like 6 months on the job. Work life balance is a bit rough at times, long hours and being unsure when you get off of work has been common in my experience
