A fellow employee alerted me to the negative posts about about sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll. I work in manufacturing as a bps. I originally hired into our warehouse group. I am positive the negative posts were written by a vp fired for the behavior he now reports. His behavior is why I moved departments. Company scores for work and culture are high. Management goes out of their way to help employees with anything. Speak to a current employee to get the real story.
Cons
You will have interesting work but you will work hard. Too much OT for me although we just brought up a new production area. IT systems are antiquated. Too many young people in roles wanting experience.
