      Small company feel, lots of events to make the work environment fun, generous stock options packages which keep you invested in the company's success

      Cons

      Growth withing research and development groups maxes out at a certain point for those without PhDs Hiring so many new employees so fast has caused some gaps in the bureaucracy at times

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
