Cons
- Too Political - Executives have a open voice in their political views that could influence employees on what we should vote - No professional growth if you don't belong to the "popular group". Leadership behave like in high school that if you don't follow the popular leaders you will not get any opportunity and they put you in a corner. - A lot of talk , videos, training, articles of inclusion and diversity but no action, the same people are the ones that gets the opportunities and promotion, the same "popular group". - Department senior leaders behaving like kids, with the mentally of I do it better than you and a lot of blame on others. - Be little the hard working employees because the work based on truth, transparency and integrity but senior leadership believe and goes with the employees that treat others less. - encourage employee to apply for internal jobs but hiring manager asked you to take another position at the same level even tough you have all and above the qualifications and requirements of the job description. - and a lot of stab behind the back behavior, no "teamwork" and a lot of gossiping of others.
