Pros
I honestly can’t think of any. I don’t work there anymore I guess that’s a pro. There were a couple of people I liked working with. The pay was good but at a price.
Cons
Too top heavy. Managers don’t manage well at all. Politics is the game in this department. Regeneron lost its way a long time ago. The top level managers only care about themselves.
