Pros

- Rapid career advancement opportunities - Competitive compensation - Employee Rewards System for going above and beyond - Regular town hall meetings allow senior leadership to disseminate information downwards

Cons

- Extreme aversion to remote work, despite the superior efficiency that it offers. Competitors do not share this aversion - The company has a nonsensical policy surrounding mid-year promotions and refusing to pay employees the higher rate that they've earned until the following January. It may save the company on payroll, but for a company exceeding all revenue targets it comes across as petty and cheap. - Recently, senior leadership has used town hall meetings as a soap box to repeatedly threaten staff, rather than for informational purposes. The shift is not a positive one.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

Cons

If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
