Pros
Intern specific events - there's lots of contact with directors and senior management, and also just fun stuff like the Intern Olympics Intern projects - you are given a small project to complete over the course of the summer. Deliverables are manageable but also impressive to future employers. The IOPS location has great opportunities for many roles, including wet lab work, dry lab work, sales marketing really anything. Make sure you ask about what you will be doing during the interview as your manager for the summer interviews you (not HR) I've heard there's a great pipeline for interns to full time employees though am still in school and haven't pursued this yet.
Cons
Location - Albany is quieter than NY, Boston etc. A car is necessary.
