Pros

Some great people, really talented (though not utilised) trying to work in impossible circumstances. It's not conscription, it's only a job, so you can leave and probably will. They do pay on time.

Cons

Off the top of my head: - Terrible management at a senior level: -- No decision process and no direction, with knee jerk decisions being mandatory - many large projects thrown away after a couple of years -- No connection to the staff -- Treat staff as an expense and the customers as cash cows -- All comes down to the bottom line, mass redundancies across the company reducing the workforce to a small collection of demotivated staff who resent the company. -- No investment in anything. No training. Offices are falling to pieces and are not cleaned for years. No pay rises, not even with inflation. If your are quick, you can get decent kit, but only if you scavenge when someone leaves, which they frequently do. -- Cost cutting on everything, from plants in the office (yes, this really happened) to closing offices and reducing the headcount by over 40%... -- All of the upper management fester in their own arrogance, disconnected from the company around them, waiting to stab the next peer in the back to climb the greasy pole. All run by Regus' own Mr. Burns and he band of evil flying monkeys who gives no-one any power, but instead strangles every department of the ability to make its own decisions and to thrive under it's own steam. -- Staff morale is spoken about infrequently and never acted upon. Resulting in everyone being demotivated and almost in a state of depression. Most people have either left or would bite your hand off for another opportunity. -- The redundancies mentioned were handled terribly. People were tapped on the shoulder and when they came back they just cleared their desks without being allowed to say a word. That's it, then they were gone. A perfect example of how Regus values it's employees, both past and present. -- It just keeps getting worse and everyone is just expected to get on with it. The whole company feels like it is either being run down or "streamlined" to be sold - either way, it's been done very badly and I feel sorry for anyone who still works in this cesspit of a company.

Pros

Great work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say; it was a great first job.

Pros

Good coworkers, decent clients that outweigh the difficult clients.

Cons

Lack of support from management. You're expected to do IT, move furniture, cleaning, sales, etc. for low pay. Most of the job is just getting yelled at by clients due to the company's predatory business model. Both clients & staff are stonewalled by automated systems run by AI.
