One of the most miserable experiences of my life. - Assistant Manager Regus Employee Review

Pros

Work in an environment where you are surrounded by a diverse group of companies and executives in hopes of finding a job with one of them.

Cons

I have never felt so pressured to be dishonest in order to nickle and dime clients and squeeze every last precious dime out of them. The management could have schooled in the fine art of micromanagement. I would get about 5 minutes alone in the morning before the phone would ring and I was called to the manager's office and forced to sit in his office the remainder of the day to provide constant feedback on his work while he stood over my shoulder while I did mine. Management would dishonestly gouge client bills and send me into their offices to collect. The final straw came as a manager, who had seriously screwed up a five-figure contract realized the victimized client company did not have a copy of their contract and promptly cornered me to inform me, "we are going to need to shred our copy of the contract and make a new one." Note the "we." He hauled me with him to the shredder where I watched in horror.

Pros

Great work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say; it was a great first job.

Pros

Some great locations, friendly coworkers, a somewhat supportive team environment in the individual centers, and interacting with many different clients can be interesting.

Cons

Upper management feels completely disconnected from daily branch operations, and there are very limited opportunities for internal career growth. Furthermore, the human resources department is not there to support you; they actively allow blatant harassment to occur without taking proper action.
