Great work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn.

I don't really have anything bad to say; it was a great first job.

Good coworkers, decent clients that outweigh the difficult clients.

Lack of support from management. You're expected to do IT, move furniture, cleaning, sales, etc. for low pay. Most of the job is just getting yelled at by clients due to the company's predatory business model. Both clients & staff are stonewalled by automated systems run by AI.
