Pros

Weekends and holidays off, working with the clients and co workers.

Cons

Since our last CEO in the Americas retired the company has steadily gone downhill. The goal of 20,000 centers by 2020 is ridiculous. Centers are competing with one another for business. Goals are supposed to be SMART - the ones directed by Corporate are unrealistic and unattainable. Morale is at an all time low. The new model of each GM having 3-4 centers is going to fail as the centers are severely understaffed and the clients and surviving staff will be leaving. They keep changing the incentive programs to take more away from the teams.

Pros

Great work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say; it was a great first job.

Pros

Some great locations, friendly coworkers, a somewhat supportive team environment in the individual centers, and interacting with many different clients can be interesting.

Cons

Upper management feels completely disconnected from daily branch operations, and there are very limited opportunities for internal career growth. Furthermore, the human resources department is not there to support you; they actively allow blatant harassment to occur without taking proper action.
