flexible and I learned a lot for my first job after college.

Cons

unclear position goals, they don't prioritze your growth as an employee. A lot of entry positions moving to india. Understaffed or unorganized.

Great hourly pay rate. Full-time remote.

Cons

Unspoken expectation to work beyond contracted hours without pay and no overtime. Unrealistic deadlines with ultimatums. Unnecessary daily meetings. Lack of direction, instruction, or scope. Hamster on a wheel work culture. Messy structure and constant reorganization. Numbers-oriented, not results-oriented. Systems that don't speak to one another. A lot of "busy work" to achieve small tasks. Male-driven.
