The company fosters a genuinely positive and supportive environment. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, the salary is very competitive, and leadership truly stands out—managers and directors of providers are understanding, accommodating, and invested in helping you grow while ensuring you feel valued and happy in your role. There is also generous and fair compensation when asked to cover, travel, or work outside your usual setting, such as weekends or alternate locations. On top of that, the team environment is collaborative, welcoming, and enjoyable to be part of.

There are a few areas where the company could continue to grow, particularly with benefits. PTO does not roll over year to year, there is currently no 401k match, sick leave, or maternity leave. Additionally, showing a bit more appreciation and support for the Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) and front desk team would go a long way, as they play a vital role in the overall success and daily operations of the clinic.
