Employees are frequently not experienced and do not receive adequate training due to low salaries, hiring in lower salaried states, poor management and inadequate technology and management systems. No bonus structure, no referral incentive, minimal to no annual raises and it was often that Employees were given knock off products, candy, pizza, etc... as "appreciation " gifts.
