Pros

Ability to work remotely, decent sign on bonus

Cons

1) No work life balance. You are expected to work overtime almost everyday and in many cases, the weekends. The problem stems from the fact that this company is understaffed. 2) Manager had behavioral issues (frequent mood swings). I have been yelled at for a slight misunderstanding I had. Yes, I made a mistake on my end, but the way she handled the situation was highly inappropriate. The role of a manager is to provide constructive criticism and encourage the employee to grow and improve. Overall, she was not very encouraging. 3) Short onboarding period. My specific role was listed as entry level and less than 3 months of training was provided (after factoring in the holidays). I agree that 3 months is reasonable for most companies. However, expecting the new hire to learn the ins and outs of the company, be fully independent, and take on the same responsibilities of the manager within that timespan is not realistic whatsoever. Is it not reasonable to provide 3 months for the new hire to learn as much as he/she can and then allow them to continue improving and ask questions after that period? If you absolutely love working long hours then this is the place for you. Otherwise, if you value work-life balance, then I would not recommend Relation.

Pros

Medical and wellness benefits superior to similar organizations.

Cons

Frequently dishonest and/or considerable lack of transparency & communication. Salary less than industry standards, client satisfaction and quality of work often not a priority. Employees are frequently not experienced and do not receive adequate training due to low salaries, hiring in lower salaried states, poor management and inadequate technology and management systems. No bonus structure, no referral incentive, minimal to no annual raises and it was often that Employees were given knock off products, candy, pizza, etc... as "appreciation " gifts.
