Pros
I worked with this group for over a decade while they were a part of Bandwidth and Republic Wireless, then eventually becoming Relay. I held positions in a number of departments through the years and worked closely with nearly everyone on the team. Therefore, I can say with confidence that this is a good place to be: The leadership is unparalleled in their integrity, the thought-leaders behind product development are bleeding edge, those supporting the teams are genuine, the operating groups are filled with talented and dedicated people. One would be hard pressed to find a better place to call their work-home. I commend this team for their collective, purposeful intent in making Relay not only an impactful product, but also a rewarding mission to support. I am honored to have been a part of such an organization and to have served alongside so many quality individuals.
Cons
Sure, there are a few things I could list as negatives of working at Relay, however, I believe those to be specific to my perspective and therefore not pertinent to this post. However, I can say with confidence, the good at this place, far outweighs the bad.
