Pros

Competitive pay and flexible hours

Cons

Although they pay a little more, they offset that by cutting your hours. They threaten to fire people in their own way if they speak up about seeing med A patients for 15 only minutes. We have had so many patients complain about the “15 minute rule.” 20-25 patients on schedule just to get your hours. They do not care about their employees/patients or their QOL. It has been predicted that they will lose a bunch of contracts because the buildings also hate their policies because families are complaining about only getting 15 minute therapy sessions. So the choices are see 20-25 patients a day or cut your hours so you can be 93% productive. Plus Human Resources is rude And unhelpful. This is the worse of the worst I’ve seen in my entire, long career.

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.
