Pros

-Working PRN allows for increased flexibility -Reliant has a lot of buildings around the area which is nice for PRN staff to pick up shifts. -Subjective per building; however, DORs usually are easy to work with regarding scheduling.

Cons

-Productivity is HIGH (90% for PRN OT / 95% for PRN COTA), which leads to decreased quality of care. I personally would not work for this company as a fulltime staff member due to push for high productivity. Lots of group/concurrent modes of treatment -No increase in pay. My pay has been the same over the past few years of working with the company.

We appreciate the recognition of our Directors of Rehabilitation and their efforts to support clinicians. We take feedback regarding productivity and quality of care seriously. Our clinical expectations are designed to align with regulatory guidelines and patient-centered care standards, and payor model guidelines. We remain committed to delivering high-quality outcomes across all settings. We continuously monitor clinical performance, compliance, and care delivery to ensure quality remains the priority. Compensation structures for PRN roles are evaluated based on market conditions, regional demand, and overall sustainability. Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your years of service as a Director of Rehabilitation. We are dissapointed to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and support we strive to provide for our employees. At Reliant, we recognize that our people are the foundation of our success, and we take concerns regarding leadership, communication, and employee experience seriously. While we cannot comment on individual employment matters, we value all feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve. We are grateful for the dedication you brought to your team and the residents you served throughout your tenure. We wish you continued success in your future endeavors and appreciate you sharing your perspective. - The Reliant Team.
