Pros
They're always desperate to hire so you're likely to get the job! (If you don't mind waiting weeks/months for them to get the paperwork through)
Cons
No pay raises, only pay cuts. They cut all of our assistances' pay rates by a total 13% in just over a year. You can beg and beg for the things that you need, like ink for the printer, new laptops when the others break, etc and they'll never give them to you! Their productivity is ridiculously high-also it seems to be the only thing they care about. They expect you to concurrent and group tx no matter what, and won't accept that you're unable to do it even with covid in the building. You're constantly working short staff because they have no qualms about leaving one person in a department to do 20-plus treatments for only 15 to 20 minutes each! (Who cares about the patients' needs, right?!)
