Business Outlook
Pros
Depends on the setting team is good
Cons
Department productivity is relatively high, which means therapists and managers are expected to be at high productivity levels. Group/concurrent heavily pushed despite not appropriate (ex bed bound pts). Micromanaged down to the minute. They tell you x amount of minutes med A/managed care patients should be seen a week and if you go over decrease minutes the next. They have acquired lots of buildings but have no staff. Regionals treat their managers like they are below them, especially if they are assistants. Beware this company is not good.
