Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences working at Reliant. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy working with flexible coworkers and have a positive experience with your Rehab Director. Collaboration and support are important to us, and it's encouraging to know they have contributed to your work environment. Regarding your concerns about raises and paid holidays, we are continually reviewing our compensation structures to ensure we remain competitive as an employer in the healthcare sector. As for paid holidays, we understand the importance of work-life balance, and while we do not offer paid holidays since the patients we serve require continuous care, we are proud to provide robust PTO plans for our employees. We value your contributions to our team and encourage you to discuss your concerns with your supervisor. Your insights are vital to us, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance our workplace culture. Thank you once again for your review and for being a part of Reliant.

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your years of service as a Director of Rehabilitation. We are dissapointed to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and support we strive to provide for our employees. At Reliant, we recognize that our people are the foundation of our success, and we take concerns regarding leadership, communication, and employee experience seriously. While we cannot comment on individual employment matters, we value all feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve. We are grateful for the dedication you brought to your team and the residents you served throughout your tenure. We wish you continued success in your future endeavors and appreciate you sharing your perspective. - The Reliant Team.
