Pros

They pay me, not very well!!!

Cons

Company only cares about money not the pts well being. Pts rights don't matter, bosses bully therapist to make pts participate in therapy even if they refuse or are sick. They also force evaluating therapists to pick up pts that are not appropriate for therapy. Give PTO but can't take it if you can't find coverage or director doesnt approve it. They love new grads so they can over work you and underpay you. RUN don't walk away from this company.

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.
