Bed HQ leadership, very bad selection of senior staff at the field , not fully reliable HQ support,lot of gossiping,hard work environment,usually would end up doing other people's job,in general very unprofessional work environment.Country Directors have unlimited power and allowed to do whatever they want even against the very week policies off the company.The Company funding is mostly through the Grants and in most cases these grants are wasted as most of it does not reach the target groups but ends up in the hands of the local staff through the various corruption schemes.
