Cons

Sometimes you feel some managerial decisions are top down, but in fact, if you looked regularly to the RI procedures, I will appear a more balance view on management

Great mission dedicated, kind and honest country team members.

Cons

Strong mission, very weak leadership. Fear replaces trust, loyalty matters more than competence, and accountability seems to stop at the executive level. Talented people leave, while difficult behavior is tolerated. Proceed with open eyes.
