The team in Jordan was good but the management was so bad especially the country director and the regional team.

Cons

Retaliation, toxic environment and favoritism are key in RI Jordan. no work/life balance, they use you until your last breath then they give bad recommendation about you to other employers. The whole management team trade secrets/confidential information.

Great mission dedicated, kind and honest country team members.

Cons

Strong mission, very weak leadership. Fear replaces trust, loyalty matters more than competence, and accountability seems to stop at the executive level. Talented people leave, while difficult behavior is tolerated. Proceed with open eyes.
